Sevilla FC hosts the institutional opening<\/strong> of the 10th edition of the Sport Data Forum<\/strong>, an event that continues to establish itself as a benchmark in Big Data<\/strong>, artificial intelligence<\/strong> and innovation applied to sport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session features Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cruz Gallardo<\/strong>, Head of Sports Innovation at Sevilla FC; David S\u00e1ez<\/strong>, CEO of Sport Data; Miguel del Campo<\/strong>, Programme Director at Sport Data Campus; and Enrique Palenzuela<\/strong>, Marketing Director at UCAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David S\u00e1ez opens the session by thanking Sevilla FC<\/strong>, UCAM<\/strong>, the sponsors and especially the students, highlighting the key role they play in the development of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cruz emphasizes that this tenth edition takes place in a pivotal moment for the industry, noting that it is \u201cthe year in which the context is changing the most from one Sport Data Forum to another\u201d, mainly due to the evolution of artificial intelligence<\/strong>. He also highlights the importance of relying on technology<\/strong> while maintaining the value of a strong human team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From UCAM, Enrique Palenzuela highlights the collaboration with the club and states that the Sport Data Forum is \u201cthe leading Spanish-speaking event in the data industry\u201d. He also underlines the growth of the educational project, now reaching 17 international master\u2019s programmes<\/strong> developed together with Sport Data Campus in Spanish, Portuguese and English.<\/p>\n\n\n
