A look from the inside to better understand the <strong>processes, people, and methodology<\/strong> that sustain Sevilla FC\u2019s sporting project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Youth Academy Analysis Department<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovation Applied to the Development of Young Talent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Youth Academy Analysis Department\u2019s mission is to support the <strong>comprehensive development of young talent<\/strong> at Sevilla FC through the structured use of <strong>data, video, and analytical methodologies<\/strong>, aligned with the club\u2019s academy methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its role is to <strong>optimize the observation, evaluation, and technical-tactical and individual monitoring of players<\/strong>, providing clear and actionable information to coaches and methodology managers.
