In the 2025 edition, held in Madrid, the club participated in one of the forum\u2019s panels, highlighting its <strong>commitment to technological innovation<\/strong> in managing its digital relationship with fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The club\u2019s <strong>Director of Digital, Jara Cisneros<\/strong>, took part in a session focused on <strong>fan strategy, knowledge, and engagement<\/strong>, alongside <strong>Pedro Parellada<\/strong>, CEO of <strong>DruID<\/strong>, and <strong>Roger Forns<\/strong>, Director of Innovation and Technology at <strong>RCD Mallorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her presentation, Cisneros detailed the <strong>digital interaction strategy<\/strong> the club has developed in collaboration with DruID. The main goal of this initiative is to provide fans with <strong>the best possible user experience<\/strong> within Sevilla FC\u2019s digital ecosystem, facilitating access to the club\u2019s various products and services, including <strong>season ticket and match ticket purchases<\/strong>, <strong>official merchandise through the e-commerce platform<\/strong>, and the <strong>new audiovisual platform Sevilla FC+<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sevilla FC has also been a <strong>pioneer in implementing a digital identification system<\/strong> based on a membership number and a personal PIN, allowing fans to <strong>activate their accounts<\/strong> and access all available services.
