The Master’s in Innovation and Technology Applied to Sports<\/strong> is conducted in collaboration with Sports Data Campus<\/strong> and the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM)<\/strong>. It offers professionals from the fields of technology and sports the opportunity to explore the transformation processes of sports organizations based on innovation and technology. So far, there have been notable presentations, such as the one by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cruz Gallardo<\/strong>, Head of R&D+i Football at Sevilla FC, on “Law and New Technologies,”<\/em> and the one by Pilar Morej\u00f3n<\/strong>, Management Controller at Sevilla FC, together with Jaime Cerd\u00e1<\/strong>, on “Data Protection.”<\/em> Enrollment is still open, although a second edition will begin in March 2025<\/strong>. The Master’s in Big Data Applied to Football Scouting<\/strong>, meanwhile, has set a record for new enrollments, although registration is still open. Also organized in partnership with Sports Data Campus<\/strong> and UCAM<\/strong>, this program is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge to excel in a data-driven sports management<\/strong> role. Noteworthy sessions so far include “Data Serving the Scouting Processes in Professional Football”<\/em> by Ram\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez Verdejo ‘Monchi,’<\/strong> President of Football Operations at Aston Villa FC, and “The Role of the Scout under the Guidance of the Sports Director”<\/em> by V\u00edctor Orta,<\/strong> Sports Director of Sevilla FC. Another major new offering this season, which began a few weeks ago, is the Official Football Coaching Course<\/strong>, which has already completed two subjects: Anatomical Bases and Sports Physiology<\/em> and First Aid and Hygiene in Sports.<\/em> The subject Sports Training<\/em> has just started. Coaches from Sevilla FC such as Ernesto Chao<\/strong>, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Andrade<\/strong>, Manu Sanz<\/strong>, and Rafa Casta\u00f1o<\/strong> have participated.
