Antoñito (Antonio Ramiro Pérez), who came through Sevilla FC’s youth academy, played a crucial role in the team’s promotion to La Liga in the 2000/01 season. In the following years, he contributed to the team’s growth in the elite of Spanish football with his dedication and quality in Sevilla’s attacking line.

Javi Varas, a homegrown goalkeeper, is still remembered for his outstanding performance against FC Barcelona in 2011, when he saved a penalty from Lionel Messi at Camp Nou, securing a valuable draw for Sevilla. He was also part of the squad that won the Copa del Rey in 2010, defeating Atlético de Madrid 2-0 in the final.

Kepa Blanco, another product of the club’s youth system, played a key role during the historic 2005/06 season in which Sevilla FC won their first UEFA Cup. In the group stage, Kepa was one of the team’s key goal scorers. He was also part of the squad that lifted the UEFA Super Cup a few months later.
